We have now identified two of the current questions for disability services as Department of Health proxy indicators. These are:
- Have your eligibility criteria been assessed for equality
impact? - Which of the following areas of need does your assessment
process include?
These questions are on the ‘Process’ page of the questionnaire and are now indicated as DH proxy indicator under each question. The questions have not changed, so if you have already answered these questions, you do not have to do anything.
