We have recently added a new way to get help with using the Children’s Service Mapping online tools. We’re publishing a series of short video demonstrations of the various tasks that you will need to do to complete the mapping process.
In each video, you will see a demonstration of where you need to click and enter text in order to do each task. You can pause, resume or rewind the video using the control bar the bottom of the demonstration area.
We’ve gathered together all of the demonstrations published so far in the help section, but you can also view them as you’re using the online tools by clicking on the question mark symbol 
at the top of the page (where available).
